WHAT IS HEALTH ANXIETY?

Health Anxiety, also known as Illness Anxiety Disorder or historically referred to as hypochondria, is a condition in which a person becomes excessively preoccupied with the belief that they are seriously ill, or in constant fear that they are about to become seriously ill.
